Month of October

A personal one today! Photo and caption update. My last exam is on the 14th and I'll be halfway through my degree! I feel like it's passed so quickly. Happy SWOTVAC, fellow students! Good luck with those pesky exams.

tea bar's large is actually large | pork and sugar cane prawn noodle salad from the best Viet restaurant in Inala | 'lemon and lime' dessert at work- the kaffir lime marshmallow is so good

Found a good coffee place around the corner from where I work. Converted bomb shelter.

Digging the French skincare- I'm on my third or fourth tube of Effaclar Duo

Charlotte Bronte and Victor Hugo were getting predictable so I sought new reading material :P My urban geography lecturer demands we have a more profound understanding of the world we live in.

It's a new low when you're excitedly waving a new Cadbury chocolate bar at your friend and they sigh "oh, Cherie...".

It's funny that I can go the whole term without making time for makeup in the morning but the busiest time of year is when I need to take the time to draw on a face. Stressed skin makes for an unhappy face.

  2. Good luck studying! Hang on in there - it'll be over soon and then there will be joyous freedom :) It always happens when there's exams to study for, everything else seems infinitely more interesting and appealing. Wow, you're certainly a fan of Effaclar Duo! I'm finding it works best for me as a spot treatment. It really does dry up my skin, so it's good for blemishes.

    1. I guess you lean more on the normal/combo side than my combo/oily skin. I hear it's not much better once you actually get out there into the workforce, so I guess I should be appreciating this time in life. :)
